Our Team

Hello, and welcome.  My name is Chris and for more than 16 years I've had the privilege of supporting people as they navigate addiction and recovery. My background includes work in the fields of addiction medicine, addiction counselling, community outreach, and my own experience as a person in long-term recovery. Together, these experiences have allowed me to understand recovery from both a professional and deeply personal perspective.

I am a firm believer in the concept of recovery pluralism, or the acknowledgment that there are many pathways that lead to change and a broad range of ingredients that can help a person heal, grow, and find lasting wellness. My goal is to help you identify and acquire the ingredients that will help you build a recovery that is both effective and sustainable.

I approach recovery coaching with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be honest, free from judgement, and supported exactly where you are. My coaching is practical, evidence-informed, and tailored to your unique goals and values. Together, we'll focus on building skills, increasing confidence, and creating realistic goals toward the life you want to live. 

 

Together, we will explore what recovery and wellness mean to you. My role is to walk alongside you, help you build on your strengths, navigate challenges, develop practical skills, connect with resources when needed, and create a strong foundation for a life that is healthy, meaningful, and sustainable.
